Resum: The innovation capability is not only an important symbol of the development level of University Science and Technology Park, but also the most important source for University Science and Technology Park to gain long-term steady competitiveness. Objective analysis and evaluation on the innovation capability of University Science and Technology Park is of great significance to optimize the industrial structure and promote the development of high-tech industry. According to the characteristics of University Science and Technology Park innovation capability, this paper established innovation capability evaluation index system of University Science and Technology Park from four aspects: technological innovation capability, institutional innovation capability, location supporting innovation capability and cultural and environmental innovation capability. On this basis, the paper used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to weight the index system, and then constituted the comprehensive evaluation model of University Science and Technology Park innovation capability.
